Shipping policy

Upon making a purchase, your order information is automatically sent to our manufacturer(s), who will begin making the product(s) within a few days. You will receive an email confirmation with the details of your order.

Once the order has been processed and is ready to ship, our manufacturer(s) will transfer the product(s) you ordered to the shipping carrier, who will provide any and all tracking information. You will receive an email notifying you when your order ships. Products usually arrive within two weeks. It may take a bit longer, depending on your location and the delivery service. Products are shipped from Los Angeles, CA, United States; Charlotte, NC, United States; Dallas, TX, United States; or Tijuana, Mexico. In cases wherein materials are in short supply, products may be made & sent from Canada, Japan, Australia, Spain, or Latvia.

Although we assume no liability for orders damaged by the shipper, we will do our best to resolve any such issue in a fair manner.
