You have 14 days from the shipping date to submit a return request. To begin the return process, you must submit a request through your Shopify customer account. You only need the email address associated with the order. You do not need to have set up a username or password, and will not need to do so in order to access information regarding your order(s). We reserve the right to deny at our discretion any return requests for any reason other than in the case that the item(s) is/are defective, or if we breach our Terms of Service, or the sale contract (meaning, our agreement to exchange products for a set monetary amount, in a process initiated by you, the customer, through our website). If items are defective, please submit evidence to us at mgmt@breeze-apparel.com for review. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that is deemed potentially fraudulent by our payment providers.

If your refund is approved, you will receive a credit to the payment method you used to make the purchase. When you see this credit depends on the processing times of your banking institution. Please note that a 10% processing fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
